Utilizing publicly accessible data sets, this study evaluated both RNA sequencing data and clinical outcomes to identify (i) NLRC3 as a tumor suppressor in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and (ii) its prognostic value for immunotherapy efficacy in patients. A notable reduction in NLRC3 expression was apparent in LUAD tumors, with this reduction more pronounced in advanced-stage disease. Simultaneously, reduced levels of NLRC3 expression were linked to a worse prognosis for patients. Prognostic significance was also ascertained in the NLRC3 protein level. Silencing DcEBF1 and DcEBF2 augmented, whereas overexpression of DcEBF1 and DcEBF2 diminished, ethylene-induced petal senescence in carnations, affecting downstream targets of DcEIL3-1 but not DcEIL3-1 itself.
